This event has been cancelled due to the potential impact of Hurricane Irma on our community.
Join the Town of Wake Forest and the Wake Forest Area Chamber of Commerce for the next installment of "Wake Up Wake Forest!" Wake Up Wake Forest is designed to keep area residents up to date on current topics, while also connecting them with influential political, business, and civic leaders across our region and state. The community is invited to attend and breakfast will be served.
The topic for the Sept. 12 event is "Transit's Impact on the Business Community." Joe Milazzo, executive director of the Regional Transportation Alliance, will discuss the Wake Transit Plan and the plan's impact from a regional business community perspective.
The community is invited to attend and breakfast will be served.
The cost to attend is $10 (plus tax) and includes breakfast. Tickets may be purchased online at www.wakeforestnc.gov/wake-up-wake-forest.aspx, or at the Renaissance Center at 405 S. Brooks Street.
